Menu:
- 1st course: Marinated watermelon with goat cheese, toasted chia seeds, iberico ham and flowers, smoked fish tartar with mayan lime spheres and mashed avocado, soft jicama taco with shrimp dzik salad.
- 2nd course:choice between Short Rib with roasted bone marrow and fresh herb salad or Salmon Filet with sour orange sauce with cilantro urée, pineapple, jicama and and avocado salad.
- 3rd course if a perfect variety of desserts, including chocolate and fruits.
- We have vegetarian option and child dinner.
